Multi Purpose

Eclipse GT is a powerful mixing and recording console with the flexibility to adapt to any situation and to the requirements of any sound engineer, be it at Front of House, monitors or in an OB van. The console is equipped with a DSP engine which enables you to mix up to 104 inputs simultaneously on 48 mix busses among the 320 inputs and outputs that are available both on the console and via the audio racks.

The control surface is furnished with 48 faders and 48 fully configurable rotary knobs (spread over four layers). The “SmartFAD” concept which is embedded in the new “SmartPanel” on Eclipse GT takes the flexibility and personalisation of the console to the next level.

Recording - Onboard multitrack recording

The M.A.R.S. option includes a built-in 64-track recorder which records directly onto a hard disk plugged into the back of the console. A navigation bar and a time code module are available on the control surface for rapid access to recording and playback functions.

For complete peace of mind, Eclipse GT is supplied complete with a fully redundant power supply as standard.

Local I/Os

64 inputs and outputs are available at the rear of the console. There are six slots which will accept all INNOVASON I/O and effects modules, and a further sixteen balanced line I/Os are available on four SubD connectors.

Simple and flexible

Eclipse GT comes with fully processed, configurable balanced XLR outputs as standard. You can choose between analog, AES or ADAT over fiber optic. The processing comprises a dynamic section (gate & compressor), a 4-band parametric EQ, a 31-band graphic EQ and a delay adjustable up to 460m with variable output level.

High quality internal effects
The internal effects from VB Audio can be used either via the aux sends or as inserts on the console busses. They provide an impressive range of high quality effects which are available as a list of plug-ins. The SmartPanel contains a dedicated layer which enables you to adjust all of the effects parameters using the rotary knobs.

Stage Boxes

Up to five remote audio racks may be connected to Eclipse GT via CAT5, coaxial or fiber optic cable.
