Ford Audio-Video recently designed and installed a new system at Community Lutheran Church in Las Vegas, which offers traditional Lutheran services followed by two contemporary services - one with a "rock 'n roll" theme, and the other with a country/western bent.
An INNOVASON Sy4O digital console was selected due to its flexibility in light of these diverse musical and production requirements. "The church has a lot of need for the reccallability parameters available through the Sy40," says David Starck, an engineer with Ford Audio-Video's Las Vegas office. "The way Sunday services are set up, they have about 10 minutes to make the switch to the next service. That requires an ability to quickly recall mix settings and other parameters almost at the touch of a button."
The Sy40 is equipped with INNOVASON's latest software upgrade. Sensofi 8.1 offering new Xfad (expanded fader) mode for inputs and buses.
